Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, Digital Business, Information Systems, or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in updating company websites using WordPress or other website management systems.
  • Support basic website maintenance, page updates, image uploads, content formatting, and form checking.
  • Assist in troubleshooting basic website, email, form submission, and system-related issues.
  • Support the setup and checking of online enquiry forms, landing pages, and campaign tracking links.
  • Compile and organize leads generated from websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
  • Assist in managing CRM records, follow-up lists, automated message flows, and enquiry pipelines.
  • upport basic data entry, database cleaning, and reporting for marketing and recruitment teams.
  • Assist in testing digital tools, automation systems, and online application forms.

Learning Exposure

Students will gain exposure to website maintenance, CRM support, digital operations, lead management systems, basic automation, and business technology support.

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
