We are seeking an IT Executive to manage software development, IT infrastructure, and technical support across the Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems while supporting business operations and digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve internal systems and applications.
• Manage and support servers, networks, computers, and IT equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Monitor system performance, data backup, cybersecurity, and access controls.
• Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of software development, database management, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with business systems such as ERP, HRMS, CRM, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity practices, and system integration.
