Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 4,000 di DSV SOLUTIONS (DC) SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Working location: Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas (PTP) Johor

Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Supervision

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure smooth operational workflow for e-commerce, commercial outbound, and inbound activities.
• Monitor daily productivity and ensure operations meet required targets.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain and improve inventory accuracy levels through proper stock control and monitoring.
• Conduct cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
• Ensure correct storage, handling, and inventory tracking.

3. Customer Account Operations

• Manage warehouse operations supporting multiple customer accounts.
• Ensure all operational processes meet customer KPIs, service levels, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs and resolve operational issues.

4. Manpower & Team Management

• Supervise warehouse assistants, operators, and support staff.
• Plan and optimize manpower allocation to maximize productivity.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements.
• Support the Warehouse Manager in implementing continuous improvement plans.
• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow optimization.

6. Safety & Housekeeping

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and procedures.
• Maintain proper warehouse housekeeping standards (5S).
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety practices.

7. Planning, Reporting & Escalation

• Support daily operational planning and coordination.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and performance updates.
• Escalate operational issues and support timely problem resolution.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Experience handling multi-account warehouse operations is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
