We are proudly from Havenbakes. We're on the hunt for a Business Development Executive who's as pumped about sales on all of our F&B products as we are! Got at least a year or two under your belt in B2B sales or customer success? You might just be the one we're looking for!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR? (Requirement)

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or relevant field.
• Very well experienced in sales and/or marketing (1 year+) is a bonus.
• Outstanding negotiation skill, closing skill, upselling skill.
• Confident, talkative, self-driven, sales driven, never-give-up attitude.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Social media savvy (IG, TikTok, Threads, FB, etc.)
• Able to work both independently and in a team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING? (Job Scope)

Sales:

• B2B (Business-to-Business) – sales between corporate companies, retailers, not to individual customers.
• Approach and manage potential LEAD and/or PROSPECT (online & offline).
• Full scope on CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Sales Funnel, and Account Management.
• Close sales and hit targets (KPI).
• Build strong relationships with existing and future customers.
• Prepare quotations, B2B pricing, sales pitch, and proposals as and when needed.

Marketing:

• Market research and trend insights monitoring.
• Customer engagement and loyalty.
• Event, promotion support, creative marketing campaigns (social media, online collaborations).
• Brainstorm content ideas with the team
• Help manage social media and marketing platforms.
