• Monitor and coordinate daily facilities operations to ensure uninterrupted support to client activities.
• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and KPIs.
• Plan, execute, and track maintenance activities, including corrective, preventive (PPM), and predictive works.
• Support the mobilisation of new services and ensure smooth execution of ongoing operations.
• Maintain proper documentation, including PPM schedules, checklists, and service reports.
• Prepare periodic reports on operations, defects, and improvement actions.
• Act as the first point of contact for site-level client coordination.
• Record, track, and resolve client complaints within agreed timelines.
• Maintain a structured feedback and follow-up system to improve customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with management, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor consumption of materials and spare parts to avoid wastage.
• Assist in cost tracking and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support budget control at the site level.

Reqiurements:

• Minimum Degree in Facilities Management, Operation and other related field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities, or related industry
• Good communication and basic leadership skills
• Able to handle foreign workers and site coordination
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting & Apps usage
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendors/cleaning contractors is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
