Potential Job Scope:

• Assist in attendance tracking, student orientation, documentation and general administrative duties.
• Support communication with students, candidates, trainers, and external parties.
• Assist in preparing class PowerPoint presentations, proposals, and related materials.
• Assist in recruitment administration — including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and contacting candidates to arrange interviews.
• Compile and prepare official reports as required.
