The role

• Provide full administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as required.
• Track and update daily sales performance reports.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications.
• Organise and coordinate meetings including setting agendas, send reminders, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist with event coordination, including handling logistic, on-site support and material preparations.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / Canva.
• Excellent communication, strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented and ensures accuracy in all data entry tasks.
