Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid HR Intern role based in Kuala Lumpur. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, and coordinating documentation related to HR policies and procedures. The role will also involve helping administer employee benefits, supporting personnel management activities, and preparing HR-related reports and presentations. The HR Intern will collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth communication, accurate data entry, and timely follow-up on HR requests. This position offers exposure to a broad range of HR functions in a dynamic, multinational organization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices.
- Candidates should possess understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office tools and the ability to work accurately with data.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information is essential.
