Role Description

You will be stationed in an edge team that posses similar traits to Research and Development. The team are responsible for building a path towards a specific goal/state, and not necessarily required to "invent" something new. Reusing and improving existing approaches is what the common task-type that you will face.

The team consists of people from software engineering, UX research, and product management background. However, the exact role for each of us (and you) is somewhat unique, as we are responsible for handling the end to end process from research, requirement gathering, designs (if necessary), building, shipping, and communicating with the stakeholders. Officially, we call this role AiO (All in One). Our team adopts these five core principals that we strictly follow:

• No one has all the answers individually. We succeed by combining our knowledge.
• Data and user feedback drive our decisions, not assumptions
• We experiment quickly, get feedback, and adjust based on results
• We build the minimum viable solution first, then improve based on what we learn
• No MVP stays as MVP. It should evolve into a better version or be sunsetted entirely

At the moment, we are looking for someone with Full Stack background to join our team dynamics and solving various unique sets of problems and challenges we need to solve.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience (maximum) as full stack developer and work in an environment where you are required to move from one project/domain to another.
• Familiar with AWS and serverless infrastructures such as Fly or Vercel
• Confident in your problem solving skills, including having a good curiosity to understand the full scope of contexts before jumping into designed solutions and communicating with various types of stakeholders in both technical and non-technical background
• Ready to work onsite in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Having domiciled over there is a good plus
