Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Maintenance, Facilities Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in building, hostel, or facilities maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance works is an advantage.
- Able to prioritize multiple maintenance tasks and respond effectively to urgent repairs.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of hostel buildings, facilities, and equipment.
- Carry out routine inspections to ensure hostel facilities are safe, functional, and well maintained.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues, including plumbing leaks, electrical faults, and general repair works.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for maintenance and repair activities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Support hostel improvement projects and other maintenance-related assignments.
