Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare layouts, and plan spaces for residential and commercial projects in line with client needs and brand identity. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients, conducting site visits and measurements, producing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers during renovation and fit-out works. The role involves selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the final outcome meets quality standards and design intent.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills to develop creative, functional, and compliant design concepts.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts and circulation for residential and commercial environments.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills to prepare accurate plans, details, and technical documentation for project execution.
• Candidates should possess FF&E skills to select appropriate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with design themes and budget.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office skills.
• Strong visual communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in interior design or renovation projects is an advantage.
