An MNC in Infrastructure and Real Estate industry is currently looking for an Interconnection Coordinator to join their expanding team.

The Interconnection Coordinator will be responsible to review and process customer cross-connect and disconnect requests through a web-based ticketing system, verify LOA details, ensure accurate billing, and maintain inventory records. They will act as the primary point for data entry projects, apply correct products to interconnection orders, and ensure accuracy in billing systems.

Successful candidates can expect to work in an established organization with a cohesive team that provides learning experience.

*Please note that the incumbent will be stationed in the west

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum diploma
• Fresh diploma graduate in Technology related major is considered
• 1 - 2 years of experience in telecom industry is good to have
• Knowledge in IXC,CLEC, or inter-company operations and procedures
• Sales or Customer Service background is good to have
