Inventory & Operations Executive
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Monthly Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 5,000 (Commensurate with experience)

We are looking for a responsible, organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Executive to support our growing business by ensuring efficient inventory management, warehouse operations and order fulfilment across our brands.
Job Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
- Ensure stock accuracy across warehouse and retail locations.
- Monitor inventory movement, stock levels and product availability.
- Identify slow-moving, fast-moving and low-stock items.
- Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices are followed.
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect and organize incoming inventory.
- Prepare and fulfil customer, outlet and distributor orders.
- Coordinate stock transfers between HQ and branches.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling and warehouse organization.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and operational efficiency.
Order Fulfilment
- Process daily sales and transfer orders accurately.
- Coordinate packing and shipping arrangements.
- Ensure timely order dispatch.
- Work closely with logistics partners and delivery providers.
Inventory Planning & Control
- Monitor stock replenishment requirements.
- Assist in demand forecasting and inventory planning.
- Monitor product expiry dates where applicable.
- Minimize stock discrepancies and inventory losses.
- Support new product launches with inventory preparation.
Operations Coordination
Work closely with:
- Sales Team
- Marketing Team
- Beauty Consultants
- Purchasing Team
- Finance Department
- Support operational activities across HQ, retail outlets and future franchise stores.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare inventory and operational reports.
- Monitor stock movement and inventory performance.
- Generate low-stock, stock adjustment and inventory variance reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes and operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementing inventory systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support future ERP, POS and warehouse management system (WMS) initiatives.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–3 years of inventory, warehouse or operations experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized and responsible.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with POS, ERP or inventory systems is an advantage.
