ServiceNow Solution Architect – HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end HRSD solutions, including Employee Center, HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Knowledge Management, and Document Management.
• Define solution architecture, integration strategy, data model, security, and governance aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and solution governance for implementation teams.
• Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Azure AD, and other third-party applications.
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Support client workshops, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, and technical proposal development.
• Mentor developers and administrators on ServiceNow development standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years working on the ServiceNow platform.
• Extensive experience implementing and architecting ServiceNow HRSD solutions.
• Strong knowledge of:
• HR Case Management
• Employee Center / Employee Service Center
• Lifecycle Events
• HR Knowledge Management
• Enterprise Onboarding & Transitions
• Document Management
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and APIs.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, security, and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (highly preferred).
• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) (advantageous).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HRSD).
• Experience integrating HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or Employee Workflow solutions.
• Experience leading global ServiceNow transformation programs.
