THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a HR Generalist to manage the full employee lifecycle across the company. You will own recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, contracts, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations — playing a key role in building a strong, well-run team as both businesses scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage end-to-end recruitment — job postings, screening, interviews, and offer management
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documentation
• Coordinate monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB submissions
• Onboard new hires and manage employee records and personnel files
• Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and disciplinary documentation
• Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and related labour regulations
• Support performance management processes and staff communications
• Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and internal letters/memos

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 2–3 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a fast-paced SME environment
• Strong understanding of Malaysian employment law and statutory requirements
• Experience handling payroll processing and statutory submissions
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Based in or able to commute to the Klang Valley

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
