Job Responsibilities:-

• Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures & Work Instructions are updated and correctly implemented
• Supervise the progress of inspection and packing to avoid mistake
• Ensure good discipline and performance of workers
• Provide training to new workers & maintain good housekeeping
• Monitor and maintain the most optimum inventory quantity levels for gloves, optimum shall mean adequate and not excessive
• Oversee packing group’s mistake records. Synchronize and balance the manufacturing capacities (i.e. raw materials stock, packing materials availability, hand moulds availability, off line powder free process capacity) of the factory in a pro-active manner.
• Evaluate and plan to execute the priority customers' orders base on management's instruction.

Safety, Health & Environment

• To assist the employer in safety, health and environmental program & campaigns to promote safety, health & environmental awareness at the workplace.
• Ensure the SHE Management System is managed within their area of operations and shall comply to SHE legal and other requirement.
• To assist in the monitoring of environmental operational control are followed the local government rule and regulation.
• To coordinate and provide training related environmental awareness briefing to the related workers.
• To perform environmental related job as per instruct by superior from time to time.
• To manage scheduled waste at packing department including packaging, labelling, storing and transfer to scheduled waste storage area.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
