Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BIM Coordinators & BIM Modelers
• Establish and implement BIM execution plan and be responsible for the development, implementation and management of BIM processes, standards and workflow.
• Manage and enforce quality control /quality assurance / BIM documentation for adherence to established standards / guides
• Plan, manage and maintain the BIM data to meet project deliverable requirements.
• Ensure on-time delivery of visuals and shop drawings by team members to support construction works
• Partner the project team to facilitate review using BIM models and relevant analysis
• Work with stakeholders and project team to identify and resolve technical issues in BIM modelling and coordination
• Any other duties assigned from time to time
• Deployment of BIM Coordinator/Modeler to respective site including coordination/collaboration with various site Project Manager with regards to staff & project deliverables.
• Oversee the BIM Team development and progression

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or its equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of advance and progressive BIM technologies with hands-on experience in ACMV projects/ construction industry
• With relevant experiences in coordination in multi-disciplinary design environment
• Experience in implementing the BIM adoption of different BIM authoring tools and collaboration technology
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills with positive energy and drive
• Must be trained and proficient in Autodesk Revit & Naviswork
