Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Failure Analysis Engineer di Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Kedah - Maukerja

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform in-line and off-line wafer failure analysis and defect inspection to identify root causes and support quality improvement.
• Monitor wafer yield performance, analyze defect trends, and drive continuous yield improvement activities.
• Support Quality Abnormal Report (QAR) investigations, lot disposition, and release of on-hold lots in accordance with established procedures and MRB decisions.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Equipment, and Quality teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Prepare failure analysis reports and maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
• Support the training and certification of technicians in In-line FA processes and inspection methods.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, ESD, 5S, and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience; or
• Technical Diploma/Certificate in Engineering or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Possess a positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
