Requirements

Must-Have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar)
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing trends
• Knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Firefly) is a plus
• Photography or videography skills, even basic mobile content creation

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Design & Content Creator Intern to join our team. You will gain hands-on experience creating visual assets and content for multiple client accounts across marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) and social media channels. This role balances graphic design, content creation, and light video editing in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Design social media graphics, banners, posters, and promotional visuals for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Create marketplace assets including product images, campaign banners, and storefront visuals for Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across client accounts
• Organise and manage design files and creative assets

Content Creation

• Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and social media copy for multiple clients
• Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content strategies
• Monitor social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas
• Assist in scheduling and posting content across platforms

Light Video Editing

• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and Stories using tools like CapCut or Premiere Rush
• Support basic motion graphics or animated content when needed
• Assist in photoshoot coordination and asset preparation

Team Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns and creative direction
• Work closely with account managers and marketing teams to align visuals with client briefs
• Support ad-hoc creative tasks as assigned
