Tanggungjawab
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and other platforms
- Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Prepare and present tailored training solutions to meet client needs
- Work closely with trainers and internal teams to deliver quality proposals
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups in CRM system
