Full Time Junior Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,700 in WOH HUP (PRIVATE) LIMITED Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

The Junior Quantity Surveyor reports to ContractsManager and assists in all cost and contractual reports on Maincontract as well as Sub-contracts connected to the project. 

A summary of the scope of works for this position is, andnot limited to, as follows: 

• Preparation of Monthly Consumption reports for Client 

• Preparation of Manpower Report for BCA 

• Receiving and sorting out of Delivery orders from the site storeman on site items. 

• Assisting PQS to do cost coding by preparing relevant information. 

• Ad-hoc duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning of documents. 

• Preparation of worker allocation labour report for PQS's review. 

• Data entry for concrete, rebar and other supplier's claims to the payment spreadsheet. 

• Monthly material counting on site for material reconciliation and wastage reports. 

• Updating of Supplier's DO and Inter-site DO. 

• Adherence to safety practices in the workplace 

Skills and Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering. 

• Minimum 1 year working experience in estimating and measurement.
