About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support our daily accounting and administrative operations. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking for a role with diverse responsibilities, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders and other sales documents

• Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

• Liaise with banks and logistics providers to support daily operations

• Provide administrative and sales support to the team

• Assist with document filing (e.g. GST filing) and office administration

• Provide secretarial support as required

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned

What We're Looking For

• Basic accounting knowledge (AR/AP)

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented

• Basic understanding of shipping and banking terms is advantageous

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively
