Maintain strict food storage, handling, and kitchen equipment sanitation.
Purchase fresh, high-quality food ingredients.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and keep the kitchen exceptionally clean.

Physical Fitness: Good stamina; ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
Attributes: Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
