· Providesadministrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
· Answers phonecalls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
· Carries outadministrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
· Completesoperational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projectsand expediting work results.
· Exhibitspolite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
· Supports teamby performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
· Developsadministrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, andexperiential growth opportunities.
· Ensuresoperation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements,calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating newequipment and techniques.
· Providesinformation by answering questions and requests.
· Maintainssupplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipatingneeded supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
· Able to workwith long hours, weekend and public holiday
