Job Responsibilities

Manage all daily operations of the store and lead staff in fruit sales.

Inspect and organize fruit, check freshness, take inventory, and minimize waste.

Understand various fruits, sales techniques, cashier operations, and the fruit cutting and packaging process.

Daily reconcile store cash receipts, maintain accurate sales records, regularly take inventory, calculate sales volume for various fruits, and order and replenish stock from suppliers as needed.

Coordinate with fruit suppliers to achieve daily sales targets, handle customer issues, and reconcile cash register transactions.

Supervise overall store hygiene, cleaning floors, work surfaces, refrigerators, fruit trays, and the cashier area to maintain a clean and tidy business environment.

Job Requirements

At least two years of sales experience in a fruit/fresh produce store.

Simple English communication skills, hardworking, and able to lead a team.

Able to stand for long hours, and may need to work shifts/overtime when necessary.

Reliable, responsible, hardworking, meticulous, and capable of managing a team and coordinating staff.
