Job Summary

Support recruitment and workforce administration for construction projects by managing work permit processes, coordinating staff dormitory matters, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage work permit online processes for construction workforce onboarding, offboarding, and monthly renewals to ensure regulatory compliance
• Coordinate and oversee staff dormitory arrangements to maintain proper accommodation standards
• Execute assigned administrative and operational tasks to support recruitment and workforce management activities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a contractor or construction-related environment, including recruitment administration and work permit processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
