Custom Logistics Executive (Tampines)

• 5 days office hours (Mon to Friday)

• Salary up to $5,000 per month with attractive bonuses

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review export documentation (e.g. invoices, packing lists, certificates) to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Coordinate customs clearance and ensure adherence to Singapore regulations

• Manage shipment schedules and liaise with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams

• Monitor deliveries and resolve shipment issues promptly

• Maintain accurate shipment data and update internal systems

• Support documentation processes and ensure completeness of records

• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and assist in audits

• Identify and support continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade or related fields

• 1–3 years of experience in customs, export documentation, or logistics

• Familiar with export declaration procedures and documentation

• Knowledge of Singapore customs regulations, HS Code, or trade compliance

• With ERP/SAP experience is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
