Hands-on Experience:

• Development experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
• Development experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Certifications (preferred for senior positions):

• Microsoft Power Platform Certification (PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, etc)
• UiPath RPA Associate / Developer Certification (or equivalent)

Technical Knowledge:

• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Basic knowledge of APIs, data integration, and cloud-based platform
• Familiarity with governance and security practices for low-code platforms

Experience:

• Hands-on experience in software development, scripting, or low-code app development is advantageous
