Role Description The AI Trainer / AI Facilitator is responsible for designing, curating, and annotating high-quality training data to improve AI models used across Zetrix AI’s products and services. This on-site role, based in Petaling Jaya, involves collaborating with product, engineering, and data science teams to define task guidelines, standardize labeling processes, and ensure data quality and consistency. The role includes reviewing model outputs, providing structured feedback, documenting edge cases, and helping refine AI behavior to align with business and compliance requirements. The AI Trainer / AI Facilitator will also support user testing sessions, prepare training materials, and contribute to best practices for ethical and responsible AI. This is a contract position.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret AI outputs and identify patterns, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for drafting instructions, guidelines, and clear documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with data sets (text, images, or other formats), including basic data organization, labeling, and quality checks.
  • Comfort working with digital tools and platforms (e.g., annotation tools, collaboration software, spreadsheets, dashboards).
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and operations.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially when following standards and protocols for data handling.
  • Awareness of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and sensitivity to bias, fairness, and privacy considerations in data and model behavior.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to evolving AI technologies, workflows, and project requirements.
