Full Time BIM Modeler Jobs, in Aptiv8 Pte Ltd - Maukerja

Job Description:

* Develop, maintain, and update 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Structural disciplines using BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, etc.).

* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate coordination and integration of all building systems and structural elements.

* Produce detailed drawings, schedules, and reports as required for MEP and Structural design packages.

* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, building codes, and project specifications.

* Assist with the preparation of 3D model presentations and visualizations for client reviews and project meetings.

* Support the development and maintenance of project-specific BIM execution plans.

* Participate in regular project meetings to discuss model progress, design changes, and potential challenges.

* Provide technical support and guidance to the project team regarding BIM-related queries.

Job Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Architecture/Mechanical/Electrical/ Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.

* Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.

* Able to work independent as well as a good team player.

* Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations for MEP and Structural systems in building projects.

* Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and maintain strict confidentiality of information.

* Proven experience or records for project involved for the relevant works.
