Job Description

Responsibilities

Senior PMO / Project Admin (Retail Banking)

Singapore | 12-Month Contract

We're hiring an experienced PMO / Admin to support large-scale Retail Banking technology projects.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Project Governance & Change Requests (CR)
  • Coordinate Release Planning & Project Tracking
  • Facilitate stakeholder and governance meetings
  • Monitor project risks, issues & delivery milestones
  • Prepare project reports and presentations

Requirements:

6–9 years of PMO / Project Governance experience

MUST HAVE minimum 7 years of Retail Banking domain experience

Strong knowledge in:

  • Cards
  • Deposits
  • Secured Loans

Experience with SDLC, Change Management & Release Management

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with Confluence, Jira or PPM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Background:

Professionals from Banking or Financial Services with experience supporting technology transformation projects.
