Our client is an established organisation operating across multiple consumer‑facing environments, supporting a range of commercial, operational, and partnership‑driven activities. They work closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and deliver well‑coordinated services in fast‑paced settings.

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: Immediate - 14 October

• Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

• Location: Paya Lebar

Job Descriptions:

• Carrying out administrative duties and proper leasing documentation for Leasing team (ie to prepare documents, memos, excel spreadsheets and powerpoint slides) and ensure timely submission.

• Liasing with tenants, lease management team, finance and PMO on processes

• Assist in weekly/monthly leasing and PM reports and leasing budgets or projection/forecast.

• Assist in simple extraction of lease and sales figures from system to prepare leasing dossier and prepare emails for negotiation of leases with tenants.

• Assist in adhoc or other duties when assigned to assist the leasing team
