Job Description and Requirement

• Oversee the preparation, review, and coordination of architectural drawings across all project stages, including concept design, planning approval, building plan approval, construction documentation, and completion submissions.
• Lead and oversee submissions to relevant government agencies and statutory boards, including URA, BCA, FSSD, LTA, NEA, and PUB.
• Provide overalltechnical direction to ensure compliance with authorities.
• Lead coordination across architectural, structural, civil, MEP, fire protection, and specialist consultants.
• Establish and oversee systems for managing technical documents, submission records, approvals, and correspondence.
• Provide high-level technical support during construction stages.
• Develop and enforce QA/QC processes for drawings and submission documents.
• Act as the primary technical representative between the organisation and external stakeholders, including authorities, clients, and consultants.
• Be accountable for overall quality, accuracy, and completeness of architectural submissions.
• Strong and in-depth knowledge of Singapore building regulations and authority submission processes.
• Review & resolve any technical issue at site.
• Specialise in tender documentation is an advantage.
• Min. 8-10 years of relevant working experience.
