Job Summary

Lead the full lifecycle implementation and optimization of business applications to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of business applications, ensuring alignment with business and client goals
  • Optimize business applications to improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and deliver tailored business application solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support during deployment and ongoing maintenance of applications
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients on business application solutions, addressing their needs and concerns
  • Identify and recommend scalable improvements and innovative features for business applications
  • Monitor application performance continuously and resolve issues proactively to maintain system reliability
  • Stay updated on ICT industry trends and emerging technologies to guide strategic application decisions

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business applications, information systems, ICT operations, or technology project management
  • Proven ability to manage implementation, deployment, and maintenance of business application systems
  • Strong knowledge of business process improvement, enterprise applications, and system integration
  • Experience coordinating with internal stakeholders, external clients, and technology vendors
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
