As System Administrator, you are responsible to plan, implement and maintain system infrastructure and related projects as well as providing level-2/3 support on the day-to-day operations and ensuring system infrastructure which inclusive of Servers, Storage, Backup and Security are in optimal performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, compile, and maintain security and operational reports
• Manage daily administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and coordination
• Monitor departmental expenses, budget utilization, and invoice processing
• Handle contracts, quotations, invoices, claims, and vendor documentation
• Support implementation of departmental procedures and administrative processes
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance with company policies, and audit readiness
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Security Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in administration, operations support, or related roles
• Experience in reporting, documentation, budgeting, or vendor coordination is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills
