AFK Gourmet is looking for an Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and drive menu innovation for high-volume corporate and institutional events. This is your opportunity to lead a kitchen team, develop distinctive buffet menus, and position our brand as the premium choice for MICE catering.

What we're looking for:

- 8+ years of professional culinary experience in hotels and/or high-volume restaurants

- Proven track record managing large-scale catering operations (300+ pax events)

- Strong buffet service expertise and premium plating standards

- Demonstrated food cost management and production optimization skills

- JAKIM Halal compliance proficiency and food safety expertise

- Leadership experience managing kitchen teams of 10+ staff
