What You Will Do in WeTV

• Review and analyze trending viewership data and adapt OTT content strategy based on analytical data.
• Audience analysis and study of the market competitors' programming grids.
• Manage day-to-day curation (organizing, scheduling) of WeTV OTT content to create fresh and exciting collections to exhibit our inventory.
• Review inventory and coordinate OTT content optimization, such as ideating banner copy and artwork to maximize content discoverability or curating a collection to ride on a trending topic/movie.
• Support in collaboration with Marketing, local, and regional content.

What We Would Like to See in You

• A Bachelor's or Fresh Graduate Students are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest and good knowledge in the OTT industry at local and international dimension.
• Good understanding of local viewer behavior and trends.
• Analytical skills and familiarity with data analytics within the SVOD (Streaming Video On Demand) industry.
• Ability to meet multiple objectives and tight deadlines in an environment with little supervision.
• Highly organized and work autonomously in a media environment.
