Building community partnerships
As a Community Relations Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with local resident community, businesses, and client management. Your role will involve
identifying opportunities for collaboration, organizing joint initiatives, and ensuring that our properties are positively integrated into the local community fabric.
Organizing community events
You'll plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of community events and programs. These may include festive events, placemaking activities, or sustainability initiatives. Your goal will be to foster a sense
of belonging and engagement among residents and the broader community.
Elevate Residents’ Experience And Ensuring Provision Of Amenities
You'll oversee and manage various aspects of resident amenities and services to ensure a seamless living experience. This includes managing card access systems, resident applications, shuttle bus
services, season parking arrangements, and other property-specific amenities. Your role will involve coordinating with relevant teams to maintain high standards of service and quickly resolve any issues
that arise.
Coordinating internal and external communications
You'll work closely with the team to create and distribute community-focused content across various channels. This includes managing social media accounts, writing press releases, handling EDMs and
developing marketing materials that highlight our residents involvement and impact.
