Premier Wealth Relationship Manager (Offshore)

We’re hiring a Premier Wealth Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of internationally connected High Net Worth Premier clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact, build trusted relationships, understand complex financial needs, and partner with Wealth specialists to deliver tailored solutions and outstanding client outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end relationship management for Premier clients, deepening engagement and driving portfolio growth.
• Self-source new business through prospecting, referrals, and leveraging an existing network to generate New-to-Bank leads.
• Partner with Wealth Corporate Account Managers to acquire EBS clients.
• Deliver regular market updates and recommendations aligned to clients’ needs, risk profile, and HSBC proposition.
• Conduct market analysis to identify leads/opportunities and maintain strong portfolio quality.
• Provide financial planning and advisory support across relevant wealth products.

Requirements

• Strong academic background with proven wealth management/Premier portfolio management track record.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Confident relationship-builder with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to perform in a challenging, target-driven environment.
• Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset with ability to work independently and within a team.
