Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Assist in overseeing daily outlet operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety guidelines.
• Support the Outlet Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Monitor and maintain outlet equipment, cleanliness, and overall ambience.

2. Customer Service

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a welcoming and positive outlet environment.

3. Staff Supervision & Training

• Supervise and guide baristas and service staff during shifts.
• Assist in workforce scheduling, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage.
• Support training and development of new staff to meet brand standards.
• Motivate and encourage teamwork to achieve outlet targets.

4. Sales & Inventory Control

• Monitor daily sales performance, upselling, and cost control.
• Assist in managing stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing wastage.
• Prepare basic reports on sales, expenses, and manpower for Outlet Manager’s review.

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure all staff adhere to food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
• Support Outlet Manager in preparing reports on outlet performance, staff discipline, and customer feedback.
• Report maintenance issues and operational challenges promptly to higher management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in F&B Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Coffee F&B/retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and team management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
