Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Assist in overseeing daily outlet operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Support the Outlet Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor and maintain outlet equipment, cleanliness, and overall ambience.
2. Customer Service
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive outlet environment.
3. Staff Supervision & Training
- Supervise and guide baristas and service staff during shifts.
- Assist in workforce scheduling, ensuring sufficient manpower coverage.
- Support training and development of new staff to meet brand standards.
- Motivate and encourage teamwork to achieve outlet targets.
4. Sales & Inventory Control
- Monitor daily sales performance, upselling, and cost control.
- Assist in managing stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing wastage.
- Prepare basic reports on sales, expenses, and manpower for Outlet Manager’s review.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all staff adhere to food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
- Support Outlet Manager in preparing reports on outlet performance, staff discipline, and customer feedback.
- Report maintenance issues and operational challenges promptly to higher management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in F&B Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Coffee F&B/retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion for coffee, customer service, and team management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
