At Strateq, we are dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through innovative technology solutions. We're seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer, to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web-based and mobile-based healthcare applications for our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Product Management and Products Engineering teams to design, develop, maintain and enhance web-based and mobile-based healthcare application platform for worldwide customers.
• Involve in application development activities such as business requirement study, system analysis & design, coding, integration, testing and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting development.
• Participate and contribute in Product Iteration planning and review activities.
• Collaborate closely with Team Leader and Scrum Master on entire process and workflow.
• Accountable for sprint and release commitments are completed on time.
• Accountable for compliance with quality control processes (Definition of Done, source code control, coding guideline, etc).
• Participate in process improvements as required.
• Develop prototype for new applications or features.
• Perform Production Defect Analysis & Fixes, as and when required
• Perform Project Implementation task, e.g. data migration, product integration, customization etc, as and when required
• Any other duties as instructed by the Reporting Officer or HOD
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or HOD.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Min 4 years of strong technical skills in MVC, CakePHP, JQuery, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JasperSever.
• Min 3 year full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Experience in Scrum will be an added advantage.
• Must be analytical and problem solver.
• Good communication, and planning skills.
• Proven track record in delivering projects in cost effective manner.
• Team Player, flexible and can work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Familiar with Scrum/Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team with self-initiative and positive attitude.
• Good oral and written skill in English language and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in healthcare technology and solutions is preferred.
• Experience in developing enterprise solutions.
• Exposure in CLOUD Computing is advantageous.
