Sepenuh Masa Accounts Assistant-Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 3,500 in Kuala Lumpur Sports Medicine Centre Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, statutory and tax requirements.
• Prepare and review payment vouchers, journal vouchers and bank reconciliations.
• Perform credit control, monitor collections maintain accurate aging reports.
• Liaise with front counter for invoicing, receipts and billings.
• Act as System Administrator for the accounting system and Hospital Information System (HIS) including user access, data accuracy, troubleshooting and end-user support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA /CPA) or equivalent.
• (For Executive role) Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting/audit with strong knowledge of tax and accounting standards.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems.
• High integrity in handling confidential data.
• Dynamic, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical skill and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in system administration or ERP/HIS systems is an advantage.
• Able to start immediately or short notice is preferred.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
