What we're looking for

• Current student or recent graduate (within 12 months) with a qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
• Strong foundational knowledge of IT support, including hardware, software, networks and operating systems
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems
• Experience with ticketing systems or IT service desk tools (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a real-world setting
• Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to adapt to part-time working arrangements
• Any relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified or equivalent are advantageous

Pay: RM200.00 per month
