Job Description

• Contact customers for after-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints through Shopee and TikTok Shop chat.
• Assist in handling daily customer service operations.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-up cases.
• Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.
• Support administrative tasks assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Communication, or related fields.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
• Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM400.00 - RM600.00 per month
