We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to assist in purchasing and inventory activities within a dynamic retail pharmacy environment. This internship provides practical exposure to the full procurement cycle, supplier coordination, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Procurement team in the creation and processing of purchase orders and ensuring accuracy and compliance with procurement policies and timely delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with the Inventory team to track stock levels and support optimal inventory turnover.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports as required.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy or any related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
