Position: IT Support Analyst

Location: Kelana Jaya
Employment Type: 6-Month Contract
Salary: RM5,000 – RM6,000

Working Hours - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day IT infrastructure, user devices, and software applications.
• Perform IT project implementation tasks according to specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Assist the Project Manager with PMO administrative activities.
• Analyze, cleanse, and migrate data for new system implementations.
• Provide first-level support by responding to user enquiries and resolving known technical issues.
• Coordinate and follow up with vendors for issues requiring external support.
• Troubleshoot, install, and configure hardware and software for network, server, and end-user devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Microsoft certification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365
• SQL
• Power BI
• Client/Server hardware and software
• IT infrastructure, networking, firewall, and security
• Experience supporting IT infrastructure and business applications is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft SQL Server: 4 years (Required)
• Power BI: 4 years (Required)
• IT infrastructure, networking, firewall, and security : 4 years (Required)
