Position: Admin (Intern)
Location: Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 am-6.00 pm

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Help maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist in maintaining sales databases, and other administrative tools to ensure accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and account information
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, both physical and digital.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Proficiency in MS Office suite

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM600.00 per month
