Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain physical security policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Manage access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on security awareness and procedures.
• Investigate security breaches, incidents, or suspicious activities and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with facilities management and IT teams to ensure security measures are integrated across all operations.
• Maintain records of security incidents, investigations, and compliance activities.
• Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in physical security.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Security management (preferred) or any filed.
• Knowledge in any Security systems, such as Lennel or access management systems.
• Must be IT Savy, Microsoft applications and other business-related services platforms
• Creative and have passion in implementing innovative physical security solutions to tackle exciting business problems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work in a diverse team and challenging environment to achieve a common goal through effective collaboration and commitment.
• Required to provide operation support and rotational based on call support.
• Required to work in various areas throughout the building/site.
• Applicant who demonstrated good basic project management skill and had exposure to security related activities such as ISO audits and risk assessments.
• Experience with engaging government related agencies
• Physically fit and punctual

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
