Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Klang Valley

We are an award-winning British restaurant brand looking for a capable and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure excellent customer experience.

This role requires strong leadership across both Front of House and Back of House, with full responsibility for team performance, service standards, and outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations (FOH & BOH)
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
• Supervise staff, manage schedules, and monitor attendance
• Train and develop team members
• Ensure SOP, hygiene, and safety compliance
• Control costs, reduce wastage, and improve efficiency
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
• Maintain strong outlet discipline and service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in both FOH and BOH operations
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, costing, and service flow
• Ability to handle high-pressure service periods
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Familiar with POS systems (e.g. StoreHub or similar)
• Good communication in English

Other Details

• Malaysian only
• 6 working days per week
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,400.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• F&B industry: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Malaysian NRIC (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
