GOAL AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Prepare and maintain accurate records, documents for entire invoicing related, ensuring efficient communication and assure supply to meet customer expectations.
• Lead & manage in verifying quantities, inventory & invoicing systems, preparing documentation, and promptly addressing emails and COD management to ensure payment in full on time as per Finance guideline & requirement.
• Timely E-invoice compliance to meet business objective.

RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY ACTIVITIES

• Verification of quantities received by customers against those delivered on Picking List for3PL / Suppliers DO preparation & execution on time to meet customer expectation.
• Timely prepare daily customer ordered quantities into the system, overseeing the order accuracy and efficiency and timely execution.
• Lead the preparation of invoices and delivery orders for outlets, ensuring completeness and accuracy within cut-off time to meet business needs.
• Monitor emails, respond to and act on their contents promptly, delegating tasks as necessary.
• Ensure customer COD related invoice paid in full on time as per Finance guideline & requirement to ensure assure supply.Collaborate with superiors to execute additional duties and responsibilities, driving continuous improvement and efficiency within the team and cross functional depts & 3PL / Suppliers.

REQUIREMENTS

• minimum SPM.
• Computer literate in the use of MS Office
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Hardworking, honest with high level of integrity
• Able work independently, have team spirit.
• Possess own transport.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
